VEGF在DN患者血清中的表达及其与微量白蛋白尿之间的相关性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum VEGF expression in patients with DN and its relationship with urinary microalbumin in order to provide a new therapeutic direction for the treatment of DN proteinuria. Methods 54 patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into three groups according to 24 hours urinary microalbuminuria: normal albuminuria group, microalbuminuria group, macroalbuminuria group, and normal control group of 20 healthy outpatients at the same time. Double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISE) was used to detect the level of serum VEGF. Fasting blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, glycosylated protein, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were collected. Result 1. Compared with the control group, the serum VEGF level in the microalbuminuria group and the massive proteinuria group was significantly higher (P0.05), while the normal proteinuria group only showed an upward trend (P0. 630. 05); 2. Compared with normal proteinuria group, the expression of VEGF in serum of large proteinuria group was significantly higher than that of microalbuminuria group (P0.05), while that of microalbuminuria group was increasing (P0. 077. 05); 3. The level of VEGF in serum was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose (r = 0.629, P 0.01) and urinary microalbumin (r = 0.377N, P 0.01), and with the course of disease, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid, glycosylated protein, C-reactive protein, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid, glycosylated protein, C-reactive protein. There was no correlation between systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion the expression of VEGF in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy is abnormally elevated and positively correlated with urinary albumin, and inhibiting the overexpression of VEGF may be an important means to prevent the formation of proteinuria.
