甘油三酯与臂踝动脉脉搏波传导速度的关系

【摘要】:目的:探讨甘油三酯与臂踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系。方法:选择开滦研究人群(卒中队列5 219例、老年人群队列1 754例、妊娠高血压队列1 561例、外周血管疾病筛查人群14 088例)共22 622例完成baPWV检测,采用偏相关分析甘油三酯与baPWV的相关性,多因素线性回归、多因素Logistic回归分析甘油三酯对baPWV的影响。结果:在22 622例人群中,排除甘油三酯缺失909例,最终纳入研究队列的为21 713例。结果显示,随着甘油三酯水平的增加,平均baPWV水平和baPWV≥1400 cm/s的检出率均呈上升趋势,偏相关分析结果表明甘油三酯与baPWV之间呈正相关(r=0.235),校正年龄、性别后甘油三酯与baPWV仍呈正相关(r=0.080)。Logistics回归分析表明,校正其他混杂因素后甘油三酯第二分位组、第三分位组、第四分位组与甘油三酯第一分位组相比均是baPWV≥1 400 cm/s的危险因素,比值比及95%可信区间分别为1.161(1.035~1.302)、1.312(1.165~1.476)、1.652(1.463~1.865)。结论:甘油三酯与脉搏波传导速度呈正相关,甘油三酯与脉搏波传导速度独立关联。
