纳米碳酸钙驱铅效果研究

【摘要】:目的探讨纳米碳酸钙的驱铅效果。方法实验药物纳米碳酸钙(40~80 nm),采用超重力反应沉淀法复制。4周龄大鼠连续14 d饮用醋酸铅溶液被复制成重度铅中毒模型(血铅浓度达到500μg/L)。原子吸收光谱法检测大鼠血铅浓度。结果给药22 d后,纳米碳酸钙40~80 nm组的血铅平均浓度为(117±7)μg/L,接近正常血铅水平,低于对照组的平均血铅浓度(297±33)μg/L(P0.05)。结论纳米碳酸钙(40~80 nm)具有较好的驱铅效果,优于自然排铅。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of nanometer calcium carbonate on lead removal. Methods the experimental drug nanometer calcium carbonate (40 脳 80 nm),) was replicated by hypergravity reaction precipitation method. 4-week-old rats drank lead acetate solution for 14 days in a row to establish a model of severe lead poisoning (blood lead concentration up to 500 渭 g / L).
