LPP基因多态性与中国蒙古族白癜风关联分析

【摘要】:目的探讨LPP(Lim domain containing preferred translocation partner in lipoma)基因多态性与中国蒙古族人群白癜风患者的遗传相关性。方法收集425例蒙古族白癜风及503例蒙古族健康对照外周血,选择位于LPP基因区域的4个单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点(rs13076312,rs13091753,rs1464510和rs1559810),应用连接酶检测反应(Ligase detection reaction,LDR)进行基因分型。利用PLINK1.07软件进行统计分析,χ~2检验比较病例组及对照组等位基因频率及基因型频率,并计算等位基因的相对危险度估计值比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)。结果 2个SNP(rs13076312_C,rs1464510_G)等位基因频率在白癜风组显著低于对照组(P0.01)。rs13076312在显性模式下,基因型频率在白癜风组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P0.01),rs1464510在隐形遗传模式下,白癜风组基因型频率明显低于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P0.01)。两个SNP(rs13091753和rs1559810)等位基因频率在白癜风组和对照组中差异无统计学意义(P0.09)。结论 LPP基因多态性与蒙古族白癜风具有相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the genetic association of LPP(Lim domain containing preferred translocation partner in lipomia with Chinese Mongolian patients with vitiligo. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 425 Mongolian patients with vitiligo and 503 healthy controls. Four single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) loci, rs13076312, rs13091753, rs1464510 and rs1559810, located in the region of LPP gene, were selected for genotyping. PLINK1.07 software was used for statistical analysis and 蠂 2 test for comparison of alleles between case group and control group. Because of frequency and genotype frequency, Results the frequencies of two SNPs 13076312Cnrs1464510G alleles in vitiligo group were significantly lower than those in control group (P0.01n.rs13076312) in dominant mode. There was significant difference in genotype frequency between vitiligo group and control group. The genotype frequency of vitiligo group was significantly lower than that of control group. The allelic frequencies of two SNP(rs13091753 and rs1559810 alleles were not significantly different in vitiligo group and control group. Conclusion there is a correlation between LPP gene polymorphism and Mongolian vitiligo.
