中药内服外用结合光子嫩肤技术治疗黄褐斑的临床研究

【摘要】: 目的:中药内服、中药外敷、光子嫩肤技术三者结合(以下称综合治疗组)治疗黄褐斑,并通过与中药治疗、光子治疗的单独应用做对照比较,观察色斑面积及颜色变化,采用评分法研究他们治疗黄褐斑疗效的差别,筛选治疗黄褐斑的优化治疗方案,以提高黄褐斑的临床治疗有效率。 实施方法: 1、采用临床随机同期对照试验,预先将150例虚拟病例编成1,2,3,……150号,以序号为变量名输入DPS统计软件进行随机分组,以患者就诊顺序为序号,电脑产生的随机数字决定归组,执行时实施分配隐匿。自接受治疗之日起,每四周进行一次疗效评估。 2、选取符合临床诊断标准及纳入观察标准的黄褐斑患者150例,按电脑产生的随机数字分为三组:中药治疗组、光子治疗组、综合治疗组,每组50例。 3、中药治疗组:口服百花养颜蜜,每次一袋(6g),一日三次,饭前服,服药期间忌生冷、酒,规律饮食、忌熬夜,一月为一疗程,连续三个疗程,同时面部外敷百花养颜1号,每日一次,每次三十分钟,治疗期间停用其他带有特殊疗效护肤品及药物,一个月为一个疗程,连续三个疗程;光子治疗组:接受十堰市中医院中医美容专科门诊光子治疗,每月一次,连续三次,治疗期间停用其他带有特殊疗效护的护肤品及药物,防晒。综合治疗组:接受综合治疗:首先做光子治疗,术后立即外敷中药,即日起内服中药,内服与外敷疗法同中药治疗组。 4、建立实验观察病历,详细记录患者相关资料。采用评分法观察记录3组治疗前、治疗后色斑面积及颜色的变化,实验病例数达130例时进行组间均衡行检测,根据结果进行调整。 5、汇总观察数据,进行统计学分析:根据课题所需回答的问题(比较三种疗法的疗效差异性)、资料的类型(有序分类资料)以及实验设计的方法(随机同期对照试验),三组疗法疗效比较的统计分析方法选择RxC表资料分析,Ridit分析,统计软件为SPSS17.0.;三组患者的一般资料做方差齐性检验。 结果:三组疗效比较经Ridit分析结论:本例三组R均值95%CI无重叠,按a=0.05水准认为差别有统计学意义。其中: 光子组:R均值=0.6753, CI为(0.6091,0.7443) 中药组:R均值=0.5481, CI为(0.4709,0.6254) 综合组:R均值=0.3996, CI为(0.3393,0.4539) 疗效等级是由“好”到“差”的顺序排列的。R均值较小者疗效好,故综合组治疗黄褐斑的疗效优于其他两组。 结论:中药内服,中药外敷,光子两组嫩肤技术三者结合的综合治疗组疗效高,不良反应少,优于单用中药组和单用光子组。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat chloasma with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), external application of Chinese medicine (TCM) and photon tender skin technique (hereinafter referred to as the comprehensive treatment group), and to observe the area and color change of the spot by comparing with the single application of traditional Chinese medicine and photon therapy.In order to improve the effective rate of clinical treatment of chloasma, the difference of their curative effect was studied by using the scoring method, and the optimized treatment scheme was screened out in order to improve the clinical treatment rate of chloasma.Methods of implementation:1. In a randomized controlled trial, 150 virtual cases were prearranged into 1 / 2 / 3 / 150. Photonic therapy group: received photonic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine beauty clinic of Shiyan City traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Once a month, three times in a row, stop other skin care products and drugs with special care during treatment, sunscreen.Comprehensive treatment group: first of all, photon therapy, immediately after the external application of Chinese medicine, immediately after taking Chinese medicine, internal and external application therapy with Chinese medicine treatment group.4, establish the experimental observation medical record, record the patient's relevant data in detail.The changes of color spot area and color were observed and recorded before and after treatment in three groups by scoring method. The mean value of .R is better than that of the other two groups, so the curative effect of the comprehensive group is better than that of the other two groups in the treatment of chloasma.Conclusion: the comprehensive treatment group with combination of traditional Chinese medicine, external application of traditional Chinese medicine and photon tonifying technique has higher curative effect and fewer adverse reactions, which is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the single photon group.
