射频治疗仪用于面部年轻化治疗的临床研究

【摘要】：研究目的：应用射频治疗仪(Radio Frequency)进行面部皮肤年轻化治疗的疗效评估研究方法：选择2010.1至2010.4月间浙江大学附属第二医院皮肤科门诊15例患者。年龄介于20至60岁之间,均具有以下适应征：面部皮肤松弛明显(额纹深,眼周细纹多或深,鼻唇沟深等)、面部肥胖(双颊、下颌脂肪较肥厚),下睑水肿(假性眼袋)。使用以色列Alma公司生产的Accent(?)深蓝射频治疗仪进行面部治疗,每隔7-14天进行一次治疗,一个疗程结束后(3次治疗)后1周,就治疗结果进行评估。研究结果： 15例患者中,12例患者得到显著疗效,3例有效,0例无效。有效率达100%。治疗后大多数患者额部、眼周细纹、鼻唇沟明显变浅,下睑水肿、双颊松弛获得改善15例病人治疗前平均评分为5.88±5.97分,治疗后平均评分为3.23±2.15分,治疗前后差异有显著统计学意义(P0.005)。治疗过程中及治疗后患者未提示明显不适,其中10例患者诉皮肤肤质明显好转。治疗结果可以明显发现对于40岁以上患者取得明显疗效。现15例患者均继续接受随访,进行长期疗效评估及观察有无不良反应。结论：本研究提示应用射频治疗仪进行面部松弛、皮肤年轻化治疗是一种有效、安全的技术。
[Abstract]:Objectives of the study: Evaluation of the curative effect of facial skin rejuvenation with radio frequency therapy instrument Research methods: A total of 15 patients were selected from the dermatology department of the second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University from 2010.1 to 2010. Between 20 and 60 years of age, all of them had the following characteristics of adaptation: the skin of the face was obviously flabby (deep forehead lines, more or deeper lines around the eyes, deep nasolabial sulcus, etc.), the face was obese (cheek, lower eyelid edema, lower eyelid edema).
