白驳2号方联合自体表皮移植手术治疗白癜风疗效评估及其对IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察白驳2号方联合自体表皮移植手术治疗白癜风疗效评估及其对IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17的影响。方法:60例稳定期白癜风患者,随机分为两组,治疗组先采用自体表皮移植手术,再内服白驳2号方(共3个疗程),对照组(B)仅采用自体表皮移植手术治疗;治疗组患者抽取治疗前后空腹血检测细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平;随机选取健康人男女各15例作为对照组(A),抽取空腹血检测细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平。观察治疗组患者与对照组(A)细胞因子的变化以及白癜风患者治疗前后细胞因子水平的变化。结果:治疗组治疗前外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平高于对照组(A),差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组治疗后外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平明显降低,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组治疗后与对照组(A)比较,IFN-γ和IL-17水平仍高于对照组(A),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),IL-4水平恢复正常,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:白驳2号方联合自体表皮移植手术对白癜风治疗有确切疗效,其作用机理可能是通过降低白癜风患者血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平来实现的。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect evaluation of white barge 2 combined with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo and its effect on IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17. Methods: 60 patients with regular vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was first treated with autologous epidermal grafting, and then the white barge 2 (a total of 3 courses of treatment), and the control group (B) used only autologous epidermis transplantation. The patients in the treatment group were treated with fasting blood test of cytokine IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 level before and after treatment, and 15 healthy men and women were randomly selected as the control group (A), and the cytokines IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 were detected by fasting blood. The changes of cytokines in the treatment group and the treatment group (A) and the treatment of vitiligo patients before treatment were observed. Results: the level of IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (A) before treatment (P0.01). The level of IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.01); the treatment group was treated with the control group (the control group). A) compared, the level of IFN- gamma and IL-17 was still higher than that of the control group (A), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the level of IL-4 was restored to normal, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: white barge 2 Fang Lianhe autologous epidermal grafting has a definite effect on the treatment of vitiligo. The mechanism may be by reducing the blood IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL- in the blood of vitiligo patients. The 17 level is achieved.
