白癜风与老年性白斑临床特征和皮损超微结构比较

【摘要】：目的评价白癜风与老年性白斑的病因学及临床表现和转归的异同,以期为白癜风的病因和治疗方法的研究提供全新的理论支持。方法采用调查问卷、查体和电子显微镜等手段获得患者在病因、皮损超微结构和临床特征等方面异同的数据。结果白癜风和老年性白斑共同特征为皮损表现均呈瓷白色;超微结构均无可见黑素细胞。但两者却存在其他诸多不同:白癜风可以发生于各个年龄段;皮损常常反复加重并融合成大片损害;而老年性白斑主要发生于成年人,尤其是中年以上患者,皮损数目可以不断增多,但皮损面积却一直维持在黄豆大小以下。结论白癜风和老年性白斑同属色素脱失类疾病,但除了皮损颜色改变相似外,二者临床表现有较大差异,二者的对比研究也许会为白癜风的研究提供不同的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the etiology, clinical manifestation and outcome of vitiligo and senile plaque in order to provide new theoretical support for the study of the etiology and treatment of vitiligo. Methods the data of etiology, ultrastructure and clinical features of lesions were obtained by questionnaire, physical examination and electron microscope. Results the common features of vitiligo and senile leukoplakia were that the lesions were porcelain white and no melanocytes were found in the ultrastructure. But there are many other differences: vitiligo can occur at all ages; lesions are often repeatedly aggravated and fused into large areas of damage; and age-related leukoplakia occurs mainly in adults, especially in patients older than middle age. The number of skin lesions can be increased, but the area of skin lesions has been maintained below the size of soybeans. Conclusion vitiligo and senile leukoplakia are both pigmented loss diseases, but there are great differences in their clinical manifestations except for the same color changes in skin lesions. The comparative study between the two may provide different ideas for the study of vitiligo.
