Oct-4在皮肤肿瘤的表达

【摘要】:目的 为了了解表皮非黑素肿瘤中干细胞特异性标志物Oct-4的表达情况以及在表皮肿瘤发生中的作用。 方法 本研究选择20例人皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)、20例基底细胞癌(BCC)、20例脂溢性角化(SK)和20例正常人皮肤组织,采用EnVision免疫组化技术观察这些组织中干细胞特异性标志物Oct-4和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况。 结果 ①Oct-4在皮肤SCC、BCC中表达强度与正常皮肤组织和皮肤SK相比明显增高(P0.05),,Oct-4在皮肤SCC和BCC之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。Oct-4在皮肤SK和正常皮肤组织之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。Oct-4在皮肤SK和BCC之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P0.05).②PCNA在皮肤SCC、BCC中表达强度与正常皮肤组织和皮肤SK比较具有统计学意义(P0.05);在皮肤SCC和BCC之间的表达差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);在皮肤SK和正常皮肤组织之间的表达差异也具有统计学意义(P0.05);而PCNA在皮肤SK和BCC之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P0.05).③Oct-4在皮肤SCC.BCC中表达强度与细胞周期蛋白PCNA表达阳性强度均呈正相关,P0.05。 结论 ①干细胞特异性标志物Oct-4在BCC和SCC中表达强度明显增高,可能与BCC和SCC发生发展有关。②PCNA在BCC和SCC中强阳性表达,可能参与了BCC和SCC增殖过程。③Oct-4和PCNA在皮肤SCC.BCC中的阳性表达强度呈正相关性,Oct-4可能通过影响细胞增殖参与了BCC和SCC的发病过程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of stem cell specific marker Oct-4 in epidermal non-melanoma and its role in the pathogenesis of epidermal neoplasms. Methods 20 cases of human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), 20 cases of basal cell carcinoma (BCC), 20 cases of seborrheic keratosis (SK) and 20 cases of normal human skin tissue were studied. The expression of stem cell specific marker Oct-4 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in these tissues was observed by envision immunohistochemical technique. Results 1 the expression intensity of Oct-4 in skin SCC+ BCC was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissue and skin SK (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of Oct-4 between skin SCC and BCC (P0.05) .Oct-4 in SK and normal skin tissue. There was no significant difference in expression of Oct-4 between skin SK and BCC (P0.05). 2 the expression intensity of PCNA in skin SCCU BCC was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissue and skin SK (P0.05). There was significant difference between SCC and BCC in skin (P0.05) and between SK and normal skin (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the expression of PCNA between SK and BCC (P0.05) .3Oct-4 in skin SCC.BCC was positively correlated with the positive expression of cyclin PCNA (P 0.05). Conclusion (1) the expression of Oct-4 in BCC and SCC is significantly higher than that in BCC and SCC, which may be related to the strong positive expression of PCNA in BCC and SCC. Oct-4 may be involved in the proliferation of BCC and SCC. 3Oct-4 and PCNA in the skin SCC.BCC positive expression intensity positive correlation may affect the proliferation of BCC and SCC may be involved in the pathogenesis of BCC and SCC.
