【摘要】：正Bloom综合征是一种罕见的常染色体隐性遗传综合征,笔者诊治1例,现报告如下。1病历摘要患儿男,10岁。因面部反复红斑7年余就诊。患儿3岁时无明显诱因两侧面颊出现对称分布红斑,约钱币大,边缘不清,无明显痒痛,眉毛脱落。随后红斑颜色逐渐由鲜红变暗红,扩大至耳郭。患儿自发病以来,面部红斑反复发作,间断缓解,冬重夏轻,未曾完全消
[Abstract]:Positive Bloom syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive hereditary syndrome. Due to repeated facial erythema for more than 7 years. At the age of 3 years, there was no obvious inducement and symmetrical distribution of erythema on both sides of the cheek. The money was large, the edge was unclear, there was no obvious itching pain, and the eyebrows fell off. Subsequently, the color of erythema gradually changed from bright red to dark red and expanded to auricle.
