银屑胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨银屑胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果及安全性。方法:将66例寻常型银屑病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各33例。两组患者均局部外用复方氟米松软膏适量,bid;在此基础上,观察组患者加服银屑胶囊,每次1.35 g,tid。两组均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后的银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、血清炎症细胞因子水平,观察其临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者PASI评分与DLQI评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者的有效率(84.85%)明显高于对照组(63.64%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:银屑胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病可通过降低患者血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF等炎症细胞因子水平发挥确切的疗效,且安全性较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yinshi capsule combined with compound flumisone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 66 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group (n = 33) and observation group (n = 33). The patients in both groups were treated with compound flumisone ointment with proper amount, and the patients in the observation group were given silver chip capsule at a dose of 1.35 g / d on the basis of bid;. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The area and severity of psoriasis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The (PASI) score, the (DLQI) score of skin disease quality of life index and the level of serum inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results: after treatment, the PASI score and DLQI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The effective rate of the observation group (84.85%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.64%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The serum levels of IL-8,TNF- 伪 and VEGF in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of serum IL-8,TNF- 伪 and VEGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: Yinfeng capsule can play an effective role in treating psoriasis vulgaris by lowering the levels of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-8,TNF- 伪, VEGF and so on.
