皮肤毛母细胞瘤1例报道

【摘要】：正毛母细胞瘤(trichoblastoma,TB)较为罕见。本文报道1例TB并复习文献,对其临床病理特点、免疫组化染色、诊断及鉴别诊断等进行初步探讨。1材料与方法1.1临床资料患者女性,62岁。发现右大腿处有一缓慢增大的无痛性肿块10余年。肿块可活动,直径约2.5 cm,质地中等。术中见肿块位于皮下,界限清楚。术后随访6个月未见肿瘤复发。
[Abstract]:Orthotrichoblastoma (trichoblastoma,TB) is rare. A case of TB was reported and the literature was reviewed. The clinicopathological features, immunohistochemical staining, diagnosis and differential diagnosis were preliminarily discussed. A slowly enlarged painless mass was found in the right thigh for more than 10 years. The mass is movable and of medium texture about 2. 5 cm, in diameter. During the operation, the mass was located subcutaneously and the boundary was clear. No recurrence of tumor was found after 6 months follow-up.
