白芍总苷联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗前后寻常性银屑病患者外周血白介素25和胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素mRNA表达变化

【摘要】:目的:探讨白介素(IL)-25、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)mRNA在寻常性银屑病(PV)患者与正常人外周血的表达差异及其与银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI)的相关性;探讨白芍总苷(TGP)在PV治疗中的作用机制。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,检测50例PV患者和40例正常对照者外周血IL-25、TSLP mRNA的表达量,及42例PV患者应用TGP 4周后和23例应用8周后外周血IL-25、TSLP mRNA的表达量,并对PV患者进行PASI评分。结果:PV患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表达量明显低于正常对照组(均P0.05);患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表达呈正相关(P0.01)。经TGP治疗4周后,患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表达水平较治疗前升高,PASI评分较治疗前降低(均P0.05);治疗8周后,患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表达比治疗4周后升高,PASI评分降低(均P0.05)。结论:IL-25和TSLP可能在PV的发病过程中起一定的抑制性作用;TGP可能通过这两个因子对PV产生治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of interleukin-25 (IL). The expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) mRNA) in peripheral blood of (PV) patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal controls and its correlation with psoriasis lesion area and severity index (PASI); To explore the mechanism of total glucoside of paeony (TGP) in the treatment of PV. Methods: the expression of IL-25,TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of 50 patients with PV and 40 normal controls was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. 42 patients with PV were treated with TGP for 4 weeks and 23 patients with IL-25, after 8 weeks. The expression of TSLP mRNA and the PASI score of PV patients were evaluated. Results: the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with PV was significantly lower than that of normal controls (P0.05), and the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with PV was positively correlated (P0.01). After 4 weeks of TGP treatment, the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients was higher than that before treatment, and the PASI score was lower than that before treatment (P0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients was higher than that after 4 weeks treatment, and the PASI score was lower (P0.05). Conclusion: IL-25 and TSLP may play an inhibitory role in the pathogenesis of PV and TGP may play a therapeutic role on PV through these two factors.
