卒中后反复尿潴留一例

【摘要】：正在我国卒中已成第二位致死性疾病,发病率、患病率逐年升高~[1]。人类对卒中的认识越来越深入,其中卒中后发生尿便障碍相关的研究也越来越多。卒中患者多为老年人,基础疾病较多,卒中后可出现排尿中枢的损伤,情绪不稳定,焦虑、抑郁,因病情需要或肢体瘫痪而卧床、制动,这些都是发生排尿障碍的原因。下面介绍一例卒中后反复尿潴留的病例。1病例介绍患者,男,54岁,主因"左侧肢体无力6h"收入我院。
[Abstract]:The incidence and prevalence of the second fatal disease in our country have been increased year by year . The understanding of stroke is increasing and more and more . In stroke patients , there are more and more studies related to dynuria . Most of stroke patients are old , basic disease is more , stroke can lead to urinary center injury , emotional instability , anxiety , depression , cause illness need or limb paralysis to bed , brake , these are the cause of dynuria . 1 case introduces patient , male , 54 years old , main cause " left limb weakness 6h " income our hospital .
