观察血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症不安腿综合征患者的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症不安腿综合征(RLS)患者的疗效。方法选取2013年4月~2014年4月我院肾内科收治的尿毒症不安腿综合征患者40例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组单用血液透析治疗,观察组采用血液灌流联合血液透析,比较两组患者的疗效、RLS评分、相关实验室指标变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后RLS评分、β2-MG、i PTH明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组低血压、牙龈出血等并发症发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症不安腿综合征疗效良好,能有效清除血液中β2-MG、i PTH,减轻对周围神经功能影响,缓解症状,具有积极的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on patients with uremic restless leg syndrome (RLS). Methods from April 2013 to April 2014, 40 patients with uremic restless leg syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis alone, the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis, and the RLS scores and related laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75%), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the RLS score and 尾 2-MGG PTH in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group (P 0.05), the hypotension in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of complications such as gingival hemorrhage was not significantly different from that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is effective in the treatment of uremic restless leg syndrome. It can effectively eliminate 尾 _ 2-MGG _ I PTH in blood, alleviate the influence on peripheral nerve function and relieve symptoms. It has positive clinical significance.
