基于肾为先天之本探讨常染色体显性遗传性脑动脉病伴皮质下梗死和白质脑病基本研究思路

【摘要】:现代中医学认为,"肾为先天之本"与基因遗传特异相关,肾虚为先天遗传性疾病的关键病机,补肾是先天遗传性疾病关键而独特的防治手段。目前,常见的单基因遗传性脑血管疾病常染色体显性遗传性脑动脉病伴皮质下梗死和白质脑病(CADASIL)缺乏特异性治疗手段,严重危害国民健康。基于"肾为先天之本"探索CADASIL的发病机制、防治策略合理、可行,对保障国民身心健康发展、维护家庭与社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Modern Chinese medicine holds that "kidney is the root of nature" is related to gene heredity, kidney deficiency is the key pathogenesis of congenital hereditary disease, and tonifying kidney is the key and unique means of prevention and cure of congenital hereditary disease. At present, the common single gene hereditary cerebrovascular diseases, autosomal dominant cerebral artery disease with subcortical infarction and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) lack of specific treatment, seriously endangering national health. Based on "Kidney is the basis of nature", it is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis of CADASIL, to prevent and cure it reasonably and feasible, to ensure the development of national physical and mental health and to maintain the harmony and stability of family and society.
