【摘要】：正连枷臂综合征(FAS)是一种散发的缓慢进展的运动神经元病。现报道1例颈椎MRI表现为"蛇眼征"的患者如下。1病例男,20岁,因"右上肢无力3年,加重伴左上肢无力10个月"于2015年10月19日入院。患者于2012年夏天发现右上肢举重物时费力,不举重物时无力不明显,同时家属发现其双上肢较细,右上肢明显,余肢体活动无障碍,遂于当地
[Abstract]:Positive flail arm syndrome (FAS) is a sporadic and slow progressive motor neuron disease. This paper reports a case of "serpent's eye sign" in cervical MRI. One case, male, aged 20, was admitted to hospital on October 19, 2015 because of "3 years of right upper limb weakness and 10 months of aggravation of left upper limb weakness". In the summer of 2012, the patient found that his right upper limb was laborious when lifting weights, and his weakness was not obvious when he did not lift the weight. Meanwhile, the family found that his upper limbs were thin, his right upper limbs were obvious, and the rest of his limbs were not obstructed, so he was found to be in the local area.
