盐酸美金刚联合言语康复训练治疗早期脑卒中后失语的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察盐酸美金刚联合言语训练治疗早期脑卒中后失语(PSA)的临床效果。方法将75例患者随机分为联合治疗组、言语训练组和对照组,每组25例。对照组仅采取基础治疗,联合治疗组与言语训练组给予语言障碍、言语康复训练,其中联合治疗组加用盐酸美金刚治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后第4周、第8周和第12周使用汉语失语检查量表(CRRCAE)、卒中后失语抑郁问卷(SADQ)以及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)进行疗效评定。结果与对照组治疗后各时间点比较,联合治疗组及言语训练组CRRCAE总分、分项评分、SADQ、NIHSS评分均有显著性改善(P0.05);联合治疗组与言语训练组比较,在治疗后各个时间点上述评分也有显著性改善(P0.05)。结论语言康复训练对PSA患者的语言功能改善有效,美金刚与其联合应用疗效更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of aphasia (PSA) after cerebral apoplexy with the combination of MJ and speech training. Methods 75 patients were randomly divided into combined treatment group, speech training group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated only with basic therapy, the combined treatment group and the speech training group were given speech rehabilitation training. Chinese aphasia scale (CRRCAE),) was used before treatment and 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment respectively to evaluate the efficacy of (SADQ) and (NIHSS). Results compared with the control group, the total CRRCAE score, sub-score and SADQ,NIHSS score of the combined treatment group and the speech training group were significantly improved (P0.05). In the combined treatment group and speech training group, the above scores were also significantly improved at each time point after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion language rehabilitation training is effective in improving the language function of PSA patients.
