康复训练联合步长脑心通胶囊在脑梗死患者康复期的应用研究

【摘要】:目的探讨功能康复训练联合步长脑心通胶囊在脑梗死患者康复期的应用效果。方法将146例脑梗死康复期患者分为对照组(n=73)与研究组(n=73),对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予早期功能康复锻炼,研究组在对照组的基础上给予步长脑心通治疗,均以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前,治疗4周、8周改良Barthel指数(MBI),Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA),ReJoyce手功能测试(RAHFT)评分,治疗前、后BOLD-fMRI定量研究对侧大脑皮质初级运动区(M1区)激活体积和激活强度。结果研究组治疗4周、8周MBI、FMA、RAHFT评分与同期对照组比较均明显升高(P0.05);治疗后M1区激活体积、激活强度与同期对照组比较均明显升高(P0.05)。结论步长脑心通可促进脑功能重建,促进神经功能恢复,改善上肢运动功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of functional rehabilitation training combined with step-size Naoxintong capsule in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 146 patients with cerebral infarction in rehabilitation stage were divided into two groups: control group (n = 73) and study group (n = 73). The control group was given early functional rehabilitation exercise on the basis of routine treatment, and the study group was given step-by-step Naoxintong treatment on the basis of control group. All patients were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment. Before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, the (RAHFT) score of the (FMA), ReJoyce hand function test of the modified Barthel index (MBI), Fugl-Meyer scale was observed in the two groups. The activation volume and intensity of primary motor area (M1) in contralateral cerebral cortex were quantitatively studied by post-BOLD-fMRI. Results the MBI,FMA,RAHFT scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment (P0.05), and the activation volume and intensity of M1 region after treatment were significantly higher than those of the same period control group (P0.05). Conclusion step-size Naoxintong can promote the reconstruction of brain function, promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the motor function of upper limb.
