儿童语言韵律障碍可视音乐治疗的个案研究

【摘要】: 可视音乐治疗是音乐治疗的一种新方法,它在传统音乐治疗的基础上,结合现代化技术,将视觉系统与听觉系统有机结合,使音色、旋律、节奏、色彩、形状的变幻融为一体。在多重感官刺激下,起到唤醒、催进、激励、抚慰、宣泄等精神心理作用,获得药物所达不到的效果。 本研究在传承了传统音乐治疗优点的基础上,结合现代化视听技术,构建了针对于儿童语言韵律障碍的可视音乐治疗策略。结合当前特殊学校语言韵律障碍音乐干预的实际训练情况,尝试探索出一种新的系统性的、音乐元素与音乐活动形式有机结合的音乐治疗策略。并通过个案研究,进一步验证策略的有效性,以期对儿童语言韵律障碍的矫治提出一些有指导意义的建议。 本研究共分三个部分。第一部分为研究综述。探讨了儿童语言韵律障碍的常用干预手段、传统音乐治疗对语言韵律障碍的干预情况及存在的不足。在此基础上,提出本研究的研究重点,即,结合传统音乐治疗优点而构建的可视音乐治疗策略。 第二部分为研究主体。在分析阐述韵律评估的内容与参数的基础上,提出四阶段可视音乐治疗策略。选择存在典型语言韵律障碍,且程度不同的听障儿童与弱智儿童四名为被试进行个案研究,分别从基频标准差、强度标准差、时长三方面考察策略的有效性和恰当性。研究证明,四名被试经可视音乐治疗后,音调、响度、语句时长控制这三个方面均有了极其显著的进步。 第三部分为研究结论和建议。通过个案研究的结果我们得出以下结论:传统音乐治疗与现代化视听技术有机结合的可视音乐治疗策略带来的指导意义,趣味性以及实用性;可视音乐干预过程中所应遵循的治疗原则。最后通过总结研究中存在的不足,提出了相关建议与展望。
[Abstract]:Visual music therapy is a new method of music therapy. It combines the visual system with the auditory system organically on the basis of the traditional music therapy and combines the modern technology, which makes the changes of timbre, melody, rhythm, color and shape into a whole. Under the stimulation of multiple senses, the psycho-psychological effects of arousal, promotion, encouragement, comfort and catharsis can not be achieved. On the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional music therapy and combining with modern audiovisual technology, this study constructs a visual music therapy strategy for children with language prosody disorder. According to the actual training situation of music intervention in special school language prosody disorder at present, this paper attempts to explore a new systematic music therapy strategy which combines music elements with music activity. Through the case study, the effectiveness of the strategy is further verified, in order to put forward some instructive suggestions for the correction of children's language prosody disorder. This study is divided into three parts. The first part is a summary of the research. This paper discusses the common intervention methods of children's language prosody disorder, the intervention of traditional music therapy on language prosody disorder and its deficiency. On this basis, the research focus of this study, that is, combined with the advantages of traditional music therapy to construct a visual music therapy strategy. The second part is the research subject. On the basis of analyzing the content and parameters of prosody evaluation, a four-stage visual music therapy strategy is proposed. Four subjects of hearing impaired and mentally retarded children with typical language prosodic disorders were selected to investigate the effectiveness and appropriateness of the strategies from three aspects: standard deviation of fundamental frequency, standard deviation of intensity and length of time. The results show that the four subjects have made remarkable progress in the control of tone, loudness and sentence duration after visual music therapy. The third part is the conclusions and recommendations. Through the results of the case study, we draw the following conclusions: the guiding significance, interest and practicability of the visual music therapy strategy of the organic combination of traditional music therapy and modern audiovisual technology; The therapeutic principles to be followed in the process of visual music intervention. Finally, through the summary of the shortcomings of the research, put forward the relevant suggestions and prospects.
