椎间盘突出动物模型研究进展

【摘要】:正腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病,发病率约为20%~30%[1].然而椎间盘突出症的生物学机制尚不明确,构建与人类疾病相关性、可比性较高的椎间盘突出的动物模型是研究该病的基础和关键。近年来,国内外报道的椎间盘突出模型分为在体模型和体外模型,而动物在体模型是基础研究成果过渡到临床所必须跨越的研究阶段。1实验诱导椎间盘突出动物模型1.1直接损伤模型1.1.1终板损伤模型Moon等[2]通过在家兔椎体
[Abstract]:Positive lumbar disc herniation is a common clinical disease, the incidence is about 20% [1]. However, the biological mechanism of intervertebral disc herniation is still unclear. It is the basis and key to study the disease to construct animal model of intervertebral disc herniation which is related to human disease and comparable. In recent years, intervertebral disc herniation models reported at home and abroad are divided into in vivo model and in vitro model. The animal model in vivo is the research stage that must be crossed by the basic research results. 1. 1 the animal model of intervertebral disc herniation induced by experiment 1.1 direct injury model 1.1.1 end plate injury model Moon et al. [2] through the rabbit vertebra body.
