α-硫辛酸对肥胖模型大鼠血清脂肪因子的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨α-硫辛酸(ALA)对饮食诱导肥胖大鼠脂肪因子的影响。方法选取清洁级8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机选其中10只,以普通饲料喂养作为对照组(NC);高脂饮食成功诱导肥胖大鼠模型32只,随机分为高脂饲料(HFD)组(16只)和HFD+ALA组[16只,腹腔注射ALA(30 mg/kg)2周]。测定各组大鼠血清氧化应激、脂肪因子等指标并进行统计学分析。结果 HFD组血清丙二醛(MDA)、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)分别为(8.8±0.7)μmol/L、(9.8±0.8)ng/m L、(11.6±1.2)ng/L,明显高于HFD+ALA组[(6.1±0.6)μmol/L、(7.6±0.7)ng/m L、(9.7±2.3)ng/L]和NC组[(7.9±0.4)μmol/L、(4.6±0.6)ng/m L、(8.8±3.5)ng/L](P均0.05);而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)[(73.9±5.1)U/m L]、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)[(18.0±3.6)U/m L]、脂联素[(8.7±1.5)mg/L]明显低于HFD+ALA组[(80.9±1.8)U/m L、(25.8±5.4)U/m L、(12.6±2.1)mg/L]和NC组[(81.0±3.2)U/m L、(20.9±2.3)U/m L、(14.0±3.4)mg/L](P均0.05)。与NC组比较,HFD+ALA组血清T-AOC、瘦素明显升高(P均0.05),MDA明显下降(P0.05),SOD、脂联素、TNF-α差异无统计学意义(P均0.05)。相关性分析显示血清MDA与瘦素、TNF-α呈明显正相关[相关系数(r)值分别为0.716、0.502,P均0.01];T-AOC与脂联素呈负相关(r=-0.485,P0.05)。结论 ALA可改善肥胖大鼠的氧化应激状态并影响脂肪因子的分泌。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of 伪-lipoic acid (Ala) on fat factors in obese rats induced by diet. Methods Fifty eight week-old male Wistar rats of clean grade were randomly selected, 10 of them were fed with common diet as control group (NC), 32 rats were successfully induced obesity by high-fat diet, and were randomly divided into high-fat diet (HFD) group (16 rats) and HFD ALA group (16 rats). Ala (30 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally for 2 weeks. The indexes of serum oxidative stress and fat factor were measured and analyzed statistically.
