医用水刀清创机的设计

【摘要】:医用水刀已经被广泛应用于创伤外科手术、耳鼻喉科手术、颌面外科手术等外科手术中。并且具有自己的特点:利用水锤效应对人体组织进行分离,无热损伤,对周围组织影响小;切割速度快,出血量少,且手术耗时少;由于不同组织具有不同的力学性能,利用抗压差的水刀具有高度选择性,可有效保护神经、血管和周围组织;创口小,术后恢复快。 清创设备是一种在清创手术中常用的基本设备,而清创手术是最基本的外壳手术操作,主要是清洗受到污染的伤口,除去破损坏死的组织细胞,,降低伤口感染风险,其方法相对简单,难度不大,但其作用是相当重要的。 本文设计了的医用水刀清创机,能够同时完成清创术和水刀切割手术,且适合微创手术使用。本文首先进行了结构分析和机械设计,确定了主要组成部分及其具体设计,包括电动机、液压泵、蓄能器、手术喷枪、电磁泵、清洗喷枪、高压软管、电磁阀、溢流阀、水箱、负压吸引器等。在设备设计制造完成后,应用新设备进行猪肝脏的切割实验,验证了设备的功能和性能,并得出该设备达到了设计目的的结论。
[Abstract]:Medical water knife has been widely used in trauma surgery, otolaryngology surgery, maxillofacial surgery and so on. It has little influence on the surrounding tissues, fast cutting speed, less bleeding, and less operation time. Because different tissues have different mechanical properties, the water knife with anti-pressure difference has high selectivity, so it can protect nerves, blood vessels and surrounding tissues effectively. Small wound, quick recovery after operation. Debridement equipment is a basic equipment commonly used in debridement surgery, and debridement surgery is the most basic shell operation, mainly cleaning contaminated wounds, removing damaged and necrotic tissue cells, and reducing the risk of wound infection. The method is relatively simple and difficult, but its function is very important. The medical water knife debridement machine designed in this paper can complete debridement and water knife cutting at the same time, and it is suitable for minimally invasive operation. Firstly, the structure analysis and mechanical design are carried out, and the main components and their specific design are determined. Including motor, hydraulic pump, accumulator, operation gun, electromagnetic pump, cleaning gun, high pressure hose, solenoid valve, relief valve, water tank, negative pressure attractor and so on. The function and performance of the new equipment are verified by the experiment of pig liver cutting, and the conclusion is drawn that the equipment achieves the purpose of design.
