颅骨修复假体的网络化设计和制造系统的研制

【摘要】:由于先天畸形、开放性颅脑损伤,去骨瓣减压手术等原因引起的颅骨缺损,不同程度地导致脑组织功能障碍,影响颅面美观,给患者心理和生理上造成重大伤害。传统的钛板加工工序过于复杂加工时间长延长了手术时间,钛板的精度达不到要求易引起术后多种并发症,患者的信息交流困难不能及时与加工单位进行交流,因此迫切需要一个完善的修复假体网络系统,,和一个好的加工法案来解决以上问题,以提高患者生命质量和生存质量。 本文应用ASP为开发平台制作了一个完善的网络系统,为管理患者信息提供了良好的平台,加强了医院与研究部门的交流,从根本上改变了文件信息用电话、电报传递、软盘拷贝、单机处理的工作方式,解决了信息传递处理速度慢的问题,提高了文件资料的使用率和工作效率。 由于ASP与VC++6.0没有接口所以在以VC++6.0编程工具中构建MFC框架界面的VTK可视化工具包结合时采取了网页调用程序的方法实现ASP与VC++结合。从而在网页中实现对患者缺损颅骨的螺旋CT扫描数据的可视化处理。 利用SQL Server2000数据库,设计了患者数据信息管理子系统,对系统相关信息进行表单管理,实时添加、修改、删除等,提高管理效率。将SOL于ASP相结合以实现网络的后台管理。 采用PRO/E软件实现了修复假体曲面的数字化设计,利用PRO/NC数控加工模块对个性化修复假体三维模型进行数控加工仿真,将自动生成NC代码通过接口技术传输给数控机床进行修复假体的数字化制造。 由于颅骨钛板假体的厚度很小所以在数控机床加工时容易产生变形,加工后还需对其进行线切割来处理边缘。工序过于复杂时间较长影响了患者的生命。为了解决以上问题设计出双面熔模的加工方法将钛板放入锡水里以提高其硬度,并解决在数控机床上一次成型的问题。
[Abstract]:The skull defect caused by congenital malformation, open craniocerebral injury, decompression of bone flap and so on, leads to different degrees of brain dysfunction and affects the beauty of craniofacial. The traditional titanium plate processing process is too complicated and the processing time is too long to prolong the operation time. The accuracy of titanium plate is not up to the requirement, and it is easy to cause a variety of complications after operation. It is difficult for patients to communicate with processing units in time, so it is urgent to have a perfect prosthetic network system and a good processing law to solve the above problems, in order to improve the quality of life and quality of life of patients. This paper makes a perfect network system with ASP for the development platform, provides a good platform for managing patient information, strengthens the communication between hospital and research department, and fundamentally changes the transmission of document information by telephone and telegram. Floppy disk copy, working mode of single machine processing, solves the problem of slow processing speed of information transfer, and improves the utilization rate and working efficiency of file materials. Because there is no interface between ASP and VC 6.0, the combination of ASP and VC is realized by using the method of web page calling program when constructing the VTK visual tool kit of MFC frame interface in VC 6.0 programming tool, thus realizing the connection between ASP and VC in the web page. Visual processing of spiral CT scan data of skull defect. By using SQL Server2000 database, a patient data information management subsystem is designed to manage the relevant information of the system in form, add, modify and delete in real time, so as to improve the efficiency of management. SOL is combined with ASP to realize the background management of the network. The digital design of prosthesis surface is realized by PRO/E software, and the 3D model of individualized prosthesis is simulated by PRO/NC NC machining module. The NC code is automatically generated and transferred to the NC machine tool through the interface technology for digital manufacturing of the prosthetic prosthesis. Because the thickness of the titanium plate prosthesis of the skull is very small, it is easy to produce deformation in the NC machine tool. In order to solve the above problem, we designed a double-sided mold to process titanium plate in tin water to improve its hardness. And solve the problem of forming on the numerical control machine tool.
