基于苹果移动终端设备的眼疾诊断方法的研究

【摘要】:近年来,眼科类疾病病发率普遍上升。根据有关检测报告数据表明,在中国儿童以及青少年这样特殊的群体中,对于视力不良检测率,小学生中约有百分之二十八,中学生中约有百分之六十,高中生中约有百分之八十五,而且这个比率还在不断的上升。 世界范围内患有眼疾的病人也越来越多,近视眼、眼睛细菌感染、眼部角膜发炎等病症的发病率有上升的趋势。近年来的科学研究表明,通过检测眼球中某些特定部位的特征变化,可以诊断出一些病人的脑部疾病。在眼疾病发前期,如果能获得有效的测试眼科疾病的方法,就能做到早发现早治疗。与此同时,眼疾病人在医院得到治疗之后,医生也要有相应的测试方法来检测病人的眼睛的恢复状况。那么针对不同的眼科类疾病,提出不同的有效测试方法就显得非常的必要。 在本文中,一种交互式、便携式、廉价的解决方案将被应用于人眼疾病诊断。由于用于检测人眼疾病的非常昂贵的光学仪器已经存在,所以本文所提出方法的目的不在于取代上述仪器,而在于借助高分辨率可编程的移动终端设备、引入互动式的图形用户界面,最大程度地简化理论,实时的将病人引入与程序交互的环节中,以达到便捷、快速、有效地检测人眼疾病的目的。 苹果公司研发的移动终端应用类产品,在世界范围内有非常高的销售量。本文从常见眼科疾病的病理出发,借助于苹果公司移动终端设备这个媒介,用Xcode开发工具精心的开发出一套行之有效的眼科疾病测试程序,眼科病人可以通过这些测试来检查自己的眼睛是否患有某种疾病。相对于其他的在苹果移动终端上的应用类程序,眼科测试程序并不多见,该测试项目具有很广阔的市场前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of eye diseases has generally increased. According to relevant test data, among Chinese children and adolescents, there are about 28% children with poor eyesight. There are about 60% middle school students and 85% high school students, and the rate is rising. There are more and more patients with eye diseases worldwide. The incidence of myopia, ocular bacterial infections, ocular keratitis and other diseases is on the rise. Scientific research in recent years has shown that. By detecting the characteristics of certain parts of the eye, you can diagnose some patients with brain disease. In the early stages of eye disease, if you can get an effective method to test eye disease, you can find early treatment. At the same time, After the patients with eye diseases are treated in hospital, doctors should also have the corresponding test methods to detect the recovery of the patients' eyes. Therefore, it is very necessary to propose different effective testing methods for different ophthalmic diseases. In this article, an interactive, portable and inexpensive solution will be applied to the diagnosis of human eye disease. Therefore, the purpose of the method proposed in this paper is not to replace the above instruments, but to introduce an interactive graphical user interface with the help of high-resolution programmable mobile terminal devices, thus simplifying the theory to the greatest extent. In order to detect human eye diseases conveniently, quickly and effectively, patients are introduced into program interaction in real time. The mobile terminal application products developed by Apple have very high sales worldwide. This paper, based on the pathology of common ophthalmic diseases, uses Apple's mobile terminal device as a medium. A set of effective ophthalmic disease testing program was developed with Xcode development tool. Eye patients can use these tests to see if they have a disease in their eyes. Compared with other applications on Apple's mobile devices, eye testing programs are rare and have a promising future.
