高频高压X射线发生器系统的研究

【摘要】:由于X射线具有穿透物质不被折射和反射,不受电场、磁场的影响,并且按直线传输和一定规律衰减的特性,已广泛地应用在医疗卫生、工业生产、科学研究、武器研制、国防建设、航天工程,各大火车站,机场安检等各领域。医用X射线机在临床上应用越来越普及,并成为影像诊断各治疗的主要医疗器械设备。 高频高压数字式X射线机是现代X光机的发展方向,X射线机工作电源频率和管电压(KV值)的提高,将带来病人皮肤剂量降低、成像质量提高、易进行实时控制、可减小高压变压器体积和重量,可实现超短时曝光等优点。另一方面,高频技术与计算机技术相结合,使X射线机在控制、监测显示、故障报警、自动处理等方面实现了智能化管理。 本论文主要针对医用高频高压大功率X射线发生器系统的拓扑结构,技术性能,电路原理进行系统详细的设计和论述;并应用TI公司推出的最新的,应用于DC/AC,DC/DC的电路的开关电源的移相谐振PWM全桥控制芯片UCC3895。论文主要对X射线机发生器的三大核心功能板(包括:X射线管高压发生器电源产生板,保护电路板,X射线管灯丝电流板)进行了详细的设计分析,并对其PCB板进行数据,信号的测试,实验结果基本达到预期目标。其中对软开关技术ZVZCS在移相全桥电路中的应用作了具体的分析。 开关电源的高频化是电源技术发展的创新技术,高频化带来的效益是使开关电源装置空前地小型化,并使开关电源进入了更广泛的领域,特别在高新技术领域的应用,推动了高新技术产品的小型化,,轻便化。移相全桥软开关脉宽调制(PWM)技术,功率MOSFET管频率的提高,有源功率因子校正技术(APFC)的开发,提高了AC/DC开关电源的功率因数,既治理了电网的谐波污染,又使电源的密度和效率得到很大提升。
[Abstract]:Because X-ray has the characteristics of not refraction and reflection of penetrating matter, no influence of electric field and magnetic field, and it is transmitted in a straight line and attenuates according to certain laws, it has been widely used in medical and health, industrial production, scientific research, and weapon development. National defense construction, space engineering, major railway stations, airport security inspection and other fields. Medical X-ray machines are becoming more and more popular in clinical application and become the main medical devices for imaging diagnosis and treatment. High frequency and high voltage digital X-ray machine is the developing direction of modern X ray machine. The increase of power supply frequency and tube voltage (KV value) of X-ray machine will lead to the decrease of skin dose, the improvement of imaging quality, and the easy real-time control. It can reduce the volume and weight of high voltage transformer and realize the advantages of ultrashort exposure. On the other hand, the combination of high frequency technology and computer technology makes the X-ray machine realize intelligent management in the aspects of control, monitoring and display, fault alarm, automatic processing and so on. In this paper, the topological structure, technical performance and circuit principle of medical high frequency and high power X-ray generator system are designed and discussed in detail. Phase shift resonant PWM full bridge control chip UCC3895 used in DC / AC DC / DC circuit. In this paper, the three core function boards of the X-ray generator are designed and analyzed in detail, including the power generation board for the high voltage generator of the X ray tube and the current board for the protection of the X ray tube filament, and the PCB data are carried out. Signal testing, the experimental results basically reach the desired goal. The application of soft switching technology ZVZCS in phase-shifting full bridge circuit is analyzed. The high-frequency switching power supply is an innovative technology in the development of power supply technology. The benefits of the high-frequency switching power supply are to make the switching power supply device more compact than ever, and to make the switching power supply enter a wider range of fields, especially in the field of high and new technology. It promotes the miniaturization and portability of high-tech products. Phase-shifted full-bridge soft-switching pulse width modulation (PWM) technology, the improvement of power MOSFET frequency and the development of active power factor correction (APFC) technology have improved the power factor of AC / DC switching power supply, which has eliminated the harmonic pollution of power grid. In addition, the density and efficiency of the power supply are greatly improved.
