Cantrell五联征影像学及临床特征

【摘要】：目的分析Cantrell五联征的影像学及临床特征。方法回顾性分析9例及1胎经手术或影像学确诊的Cantrell五联征影像学及临床资料。结果 8例及1胎为完全型Cantrell五联征,1例为不完全型Cantrell五联征;右位心3例、左位心1例、中位心5例,1胎为胸外异位心;9例及1胎胸骨下段异常及膈肌前部缺损,1例膈面心包缺损,8例、1胎腹壁发育异常,9例及1胎复杂心脏畸形,其中右心室双出口伴室间隔缺损常见,9例伴心室憩室。结论 Cantrell五联征包括胸骨下端、膈肌、心包、腹壁及心脏先天性发育异常,CT或MRI有助于诊断。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the imaging and clinical features of Cantrell five-link sign. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the radiographic and clinical data of 9 cases and 1 postoperative or radiographic diagnosis of Cantrell. Results 8 cases and 1 fetuses complete Cantrell five-link sign, and one case was incomplete type Cantrel pentagonal sign;3 cases of right center, 1 case of left center, 5 cases of median center, 1 fetuses as extrathoracic ectopic center;There were 9 cases with lower sternum abnormalities and anterior diaphragm defect, 1 diaphragmatic pericardial defect, 8 cases, 1 abnormal abdominal wall development, 9 cases and 1 complex cardiac malformations. Conclusion Cantrell's five-way sign includes hyposternum, phrenic muscle, pericardium, abdominal wall and congenital dysplasia. CT or MRI is helpful in diagnosis.
