腹股沟疝无张力补片修补手术与传统疝高位结扎术的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨腹股沟疝无张力补片修补术与传统疝高位结扎术的疗效。方法选取2008年1月~2016年9月我科收治的腹股沟疝患者56例为研究对象,按手术方式将其分为A组和B组,各28例。A组行无张力补片修补术,B组行传统疝高位结扎术。观察两组术后病情的恢复情况,并比较并发症发生率与切口疼痛评分等指标。结果 A组相关手术指标与切口疼痛及牵拉感评分明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);A组并发症发生率为3.57%,明显低于B组的17.86%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论相比较于传统的手术方式,无张力补片修补术的疗效更显著,且其也更有利于患者术后病情的恢复,值得临床应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of tension free patch repair for inguinal hernia and the traditional hernia high ligation. Methods 56 cases of inguinal hernia treated in our department in January 2008 and September ~2016 were selected as the subjects. According to the operation, they were divided into group A and group B, each with 28 cases. The tension free patch repair was performed in group A, and the traditional high ligation of hernia was performed in group B. The recovery of the two groups after operation was observed, and the incidence of complications and the score of incision pain were compared. Results the operative index and incision pain and traction score in group A were significantly better than those in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the incidence of complication in group A was 3.57%, which was significantly lower than that in group B (P0.05). Conclusion compared with the traditional operation mode, the tension free patch repair is more effective, and it is also more conducive to the recovery of postoperative condition, which is worthy of clinical application.
