【摘要】：正减肥手术患病人数的增加使减肥内镜成为治疗手术并发症的一种微创方法。减肥内镜具有微创性,故更为安全、可逆,性价比高,并发症少。减肥内镜的应用主要体现在3个方面:肥胖症的初次治疗方法、减肥手术并发症的治疗方法、肥胖症的二次治疗方法。当作为治疗肥胖症的主要手段时,内镜疗法比常规临床疗法效果更好,但仍不如手术疗效持久和有效。目前,减肥内镜正在发展中,不仅使用了更复杂、效果更持久的设备,还将应用范围
