【摘要】：目的:分析弥漫性颅脑轴索损伤患者应用MRI诊断的价值。材料与方法:资料选取本院2015年2月-2016年2月诊治弥漫性颅脑轴索损伤96例患者予以回顾性地分析,按照诊断时所用不同诊断方案分成2组,将应用CT诊断42例患者作为对照组,将应用MRI诊断54例患者作为观察组,对两组诊断结果进行观察与对比。结果:MRI影像学表现为:患者脑白质区出现间质脑肿胀与脑水肿;观察组病灶(脑深部、脑皮层下、非出血与出血)诊断准确率和阳性诊断率均比对照组高(P0.05)。结论:弥漫性颅脑轴索损伤患者应用MRI诊断的价值较高,能够提高病灶诊断准确率,尤其对患者脑深部病灶敏感性较CT高,可为临床采取有效治疗措施提供重要参考,具有较高临床推广及应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the diagnostic value of MRI in patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury. Materials 96 patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury from February 2015 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different diagnostic schemes used in the diagnosis, 42 patients were divided into two groups. 42 patients were diagnosed by CT as control group, and 54 patients were diagnosed by MRI as observation group. The diagnostic results of the two groups were observed and compared. Results the MRI findings were as follows: interstitial brain swelling and brain edema appeared in the white matter area of the patients; The lesions in the observation group (deep brain, subcortical). The diagnostic accuracy and positive rate of MRI in patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the diagnostic value of MRI in patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury is higher than that in the control group. It can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, especially the sensitivity of patients with deep brain lesions is higher than that of CT. It can provide an important reference for clinical effective treatment, and has a high clinical promotion and application value.
