【摘要】：骨骼病变是糖皮质激素应用过程中较为常见且严重的不良反应之一,其发病机制目前尚未明确,大量体内外研究表明相关细胞损伤及调控因子失调是其发生的主要原因。糖皮质激素所致骨骼病变常表现为骨质疏松、骨坏死及骨骼生长发育障碍,三者具有某些共同的发病基础,但各病变宏观表现有所不同,故其内在发病机制又各具特点。本文综述近年来有关糖皮质激素所致骨骼病变发病机制的研究进展。
[Abstract]:Skeletal lesion is one of the most common and serious adverse reactions in the application of glucocorticoid. A large number of in vivo and in vitro studies show that the related cell injury and regulatory factor imbalance is the main cause of its occurrence. Glucocorticoid-induced bone lesions are often manifested as osteoporosis, osteonecrosis and bone growth and development disorders. The three had some common pathogenesis, but the macroscopic manifestations of the three lesions were different. Therefore, its internal pathogenesis has its own characteristics. This article reviews the recent progress in the pathogenesis of glucocorticoid-induced bone lesions.
