颈椎退行性病伴高血压老年患者的治疗方法及临床效果探究

【摘要】：目的研究颈椎退行性病伴高血压老年患者的治疗方法及临床效果。方法选取2015年2月~2017年3月颈椎退行性病伴高血压老年患者84例分两组,甲组给予单纯药物治疗;乙组在甲组基础上给予颈部整脊推拿。就两组患者治疗前后颈椎病活动度、睡眠质量、血压水平和颈椎退行性病伴高血压治疗效果、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果乙组颈椎退行性病伴高血压治疗效果明显高于甲组,P0.05。2组不良反应均比较轻微,只有个别出现恶心,P0.05。治疗前颈椎病活动度、睡眠质量、血压水平相似,P0.05。乙组患者治疗后颈椎病活动度、睡眠质量、血压水平均明显优于甲组,P0.05。结论颈椎退行性病伴高血压老年患者给予药物和颈部整脊推拿效果确切,可有效改善血压和颈椎病活动度,提高患者睡眠质量,无明显副作用,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the treatment and clinical effect of elderly patients with cervical degenerative disease complicated with hypertension. Methods 84 cases of cervical degenerative disease with hypertension from February 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups. Group A was given simple drug therapy; Group B was given cervical chiropractic massage on the basis of group A. before and after treatment, the two groups of patients with cervical spondylosis activity, sleep quality, blood pressure level and cervical degenerative disease with hypertension treatment effect. Results the treatment effect of cervical degenerative disease with hypertension in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05.2). P0.05. activity, sleep quality and blood pressure level of cervical spondylosis were similar before treatment. Group B patients with cervical spondylopathy after treatment, sleep quality, blood pressure level were significantly better than group A. P0.05.Conclusion Cervical degenerative disease with hypertension in elderly patients with drug and cervical chiropractic massage is effective, can effectively improve blood pressure and cervical spondylosis activity, improve the quality of sleep in patients, without obvious side effects. It is worth popularizing.
