膝关节腔内注射医用几丁糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果观察

【摘要】：目的分析膝关节腔内注射医用几丁糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年12月至2015年8月收治的102例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各51例。观察组患者采用医用几丁糖膝关节腔内注射治疗方案,对照组患者采用臭氧膝关节腔冲洗治疗方案,比较治疗前后两组患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、Lequesne指数评分、X线影像学分级和临床疗效。结果治疗后不同时间点,观察组患者VAS评分和Lequesne指数评分[(0.72±0.21)分,(2.25±1.13)分]均明显低于同期对照组[(1.22±0.33)分,(4.18±1.42)分](P0.05)。治疗后观察组X线影像学分级Ⅱ~Ⅳ级患者明显少于对照组(P0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(82.35%)(P0.05)。结论膝关节腔内注射几丁糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者膝关节功能恢复水平,临床疗效确切。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of chitosan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 102 cases of knee osteoarthritis admitted from December 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected. Who is the object of study.
