高负荷间歇运动对自发性伸指肌腱断裂的修复性能研究

【摘要】:研究高负荷间歇运动对自发性伸指肌腱断裂的修复性能,将某医院患有自发性伸指肌腱断裂的78位患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分成高负荷间歇运动组和对照组,对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动,高负荷间歇运动组在功率自行车上进行高负荷间歇运动。长期进行高负荷间歇运动后,运动组的IGF-1mRNA表达与对照组相比差异具有显著性,运动组自发性伸指肌腱断裂患者指关节活动评定结果明显优于未进行高负荷间歇运动的患者,且握力明显增加。说明高负荷间歇运动能够提高自发性伸指肌腱断裂患者肌力与手部的整体功能,能够提高自发性伸指肌腱断裂患者的修复性能。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of intermittent exercise with high load on repairing spontaneous extensor tendon rupture, 78 patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture in a hospital were studied. They were randomly divided into two groups: the high-load intermittent exercise group and the control group. The control group did not perform any exercise during the experiment. The expression of IGF-1mRNA in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group after a long period of intermittent exercise. In exercise group, the evaluation results of finger joint activity in patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture were significantly better than those without high load intermittent exercise. The results showed that intermittent exercise with high load could improve the muscle strength and the whole function of the hand in the patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture, and could improve the repair performance of the patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture.
