骨性关节炎患者疼痛抑制中TRPM8表达的临床意义研究

【摘要】:目的:研究骨性关节炎患者疼痛抑制中TRPM8表达的临床意义。方法:本实验选择成年健康SD大鼠(共32只)为研究对象,首先行鞘内置管,并使用弗氏佐剂建立骨性关节炎的大鼠模型,再将其分为NS-NS组、CFA-NS组、CFA-Menthol组和NS-Menthol组,共4组,每组各8只,在用药前后观察大鼠行为学指标并检测TRPM8表达。结果:CFA-Menthol组大鼠在给药前后,大鼠的抬爪次数、热痛敏分数和机械痛敏阙值比较差异有统计学意义,P0.05。另外CFA-NS组、CFA-Menthol组大鼠TRPM8表达明显高于NS-NS组、NS-Menthol组,P0.05。结论:TRPM8受体可被薄荷醇激活是以加强冷觉过敏并发挥冷镇痛效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical significance of TRPM8 expression in pain suppression in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: 32 adult SD rats were selected. The rat model of osteoarthritis was established with Freund's adjuvant, and then divided into 4 groups: NS-NS group, CFA-NS group, CFA-Menthol group and NS-Menthol group. Eight rats in each group were observed the behavioral indexes and the expression of TRPM8 before and after administration. Results the paw lifting times of rats in the 20% CFA-Menthol group were observed before and after administration. There was significant difference in thermal sensitivity score and mechanical pain sensitivity threshold between two groups (P 0.05). In addition, CFA-NS group. The expression of TRPM8 in CFA-Menthol group was significantly higher than that in NS-NS group. Conclusion: TPM 8 receptor can be activated by menthol in order to enhance cold allergy and exert cold analgesia.
