美国甲状腺协会关于颈外入路甲状腺手术的声明解读

【摘要】：内镜下甲状腺切除术(endoscopic thyroid surgery,ETS)的发展已历经20年。随着器械与设备的更新,尤其是高清内镜与机器人辅助系统的应用,如今已经在世界范围内逐渐推广,并不断发展创新。美国甲状腺协会(ATA)于2016年发表了颈外入路内镜甲状腺手术声明。通过系统性回顾文献及综述,对颈外入路ETS的发展历程进行了归纳,以推动ETS规范、安全、有序地开展,并指导临床。该声明对于手术方式、治疗结局、术后并发症、发展障碍等方面进行了全面、系统的阐述。
[Abstract]:Endoscopic thyroid Surgeryus (ETS) has been developed for 20 years. In particular, the application of high-definition endoscopy and robot-assisted systems has been gradually popularized worldwide. In 2016, the American thyroid Association (ATAA) published a statement of endoscopic thyroid surgery via external cervical approach. The development of external cervical approach (ETS) was summarized to promote the development of ETS in a safe and orderly manner and to guide clinical practice. The development obstacle and so on has carried on the comprehensive, systematic elaboration.
