膝骨性关节炎基因多态性研究进展

【摘要】：随着人口老龄化问题日趋严重,膝骨性关节炎逐渐成为中老年常见骨科疾病,统计研究表明,该病发病率有逐年上升趋势,并且中晚期患者生活质量受到严重影响,因而对于膝骨性关节炎的预防、早期诊断与治疗迫在眉睫。目前研究虽不能完全阐明该病发病机制,但随着近年来研究的逐步深入,对该病的认识更加深入。近年来较多学者提出,基因位点的突变可能增加该病的易感性,并且最新的研究成果已经证实上述观点,该研究成果有望作为膝骨性关节炎预防与早期诊断与治疗的重要理论依据。本文旨在总结近年来膝骨性关节炎发病相关基因多态性的研究进展,为研究发病机制和临床治疗提供一定参考。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population, knee osteoarthritis has gradually become a common orthopaedic disease in the middle-aged and elderly. Statistical studies show that the incidence of the disease has been increasing year by year. And the quality of life of patients in the middle and late stage is seriously affected, so the early diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis is urgent. Although the current research can not fully clarify the pathogenesis of the disease. However, with the gradual deepening of research in recent years, the understanding of the disease is more in-depth. In recent years, more scholars have proposed that mutations in gene loci may increase the susceptibility of the disease. And the latest research has confirmed this view. This study is expected to be an important theoretical basis for the prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. To provide some reference for the study of pathogenesis and clinical treatment.
