股骨头坏死的病因学研究现状

【摘要】：正股骨头坏死(ONFH),也称之为股骨头缺血性坏死,是骨科领域最常见的难治性疾病之一。中华骨科杂志编辑部2006年召集国内从事此领域研究和临床的专家座谈,综合国际骨循环学会及美国骨科医师学会对骨坏死的定义,对ONFH做出定义:ONFH是指股骨头血供中断或受损,引起骨细胞及骨髓成分死亡及随后的修复,继而导致股骨头结构改变、股骨头塌陷、关节功能障碍
[Abstract]:Osteonecrosis of the femoral head, also known as avascular necrosis of the femoral head, is one of the most common refractory diseases in the field of orthopedics. According to the definition of osteonecrosis by the International Society of Bone Circulation and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Physicians, the definition of ONFH is that the blood supply of the femoral head is interrupted or damaged, resulting in the death of bone cells and bone marrow components, and the subsequent repair, which leads to the structural changes of the femoral head.
