[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the characteristics of serum ferritin and blood lipid levels in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDD) and to explore their clinical significance. Methods: according to the diagnostic criteria of LDD, 490 patients with LDD were selected as LDD group. Body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure matching (BP) were used as control group. Serum ferritin and serum lipid levels were measured in two groups, and their characteristics and clinical significance were analyzed. Results: compared with the control group, serum ferritin was measured in LDD group. The level of triglyceride was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) and the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) in LDD group was lower than that in control group. There was a negative correlation between serum ferritin level and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) level in P0.05. LDD group, and a positive correlation with triglyceride level, but not in control group. Conclusion the serum ferritin and triglyceride levels in LDD group are higher than those in control group, and the serum ferritin and triglyceride levels in LDD group are higher than those in control group. The clinical significance of high density lipoprotein is lower than that of control group.
