经颅磁刺激配合脑循环对颈本体感觉性眩晕平衡功能的影响

【摘要】:目的观察脑循环联合经颅磁刺激疗法治疗颈本体感觉紊乱性眩晕疗效及对患者平衡功能的影响。方法将80例颈本体感觉紊乱性眩晕患者随机平均分为2组,对照组40例给予银杏达莫注射液10~25 m L与长春西汀注射液20 mg静脉滴注,均每日1次,持续治疗20 d;观察组40例在对照组治疗基础上给予经颅磁刺激(每次30 min)与脑循环疗法(每次30~40 min)治疗,均每日1次,持续治疗20 d。观察2组治疗前后外周面积、轨迹长度、单位面积轨迹长度、矩形面积、左右偏移以及稳定性系数与体质量分布系数变化情况。结果治疗后2组外周面积、轨迹长度、矩形面积、左右偏移、体质量分布系数均相比治疗前明显降低(P均0.05),单位面积轨迹长度相比治疗前相比均明显升高(P均0.05),对照组治疗后稳定性系数相比治疗前无明显变化(P0.05);观察组各项指标改善情况均优于对照组(P均0.05)。结论脑循环联合经颅磁刺激疗法治疗颈本体感觉紊乱性眩晕疗效较好,能够有效改善临床症状,提高平衡功能,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of cerebral circulation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on cervical proprioceptive disturbance vertigo and its effect on balance function. Methods 80 patients with cervical proprioceptive disturbance vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the control group were given Ginkgo biloba injection 1025ml and vinpocetine injection 20mg intravenously, once a day. The patients in the observation group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation (30 min each time) and cerebral circulation therapy (30 minutes each time) for 20 days. The peripheral area and trajectory length of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results after treatment, there were two groups: peripheral area, trajectory length, rectangular area, left and right deviation, stability coefficient and mass distribution coefficient. The body mass distribution coefficients were significantly lower than before treatment P were 0.05g, the length of unit area locus were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the stability coefficient of the control group had no significant change after treatment compared with that before treatment (P0.05A). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of cerebral circulation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cervical proprioceptive disturbance vertigo is better than that in the control group. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and balance function. It is worth popularizing.
