代谢手术治疗2型糖尿病的现状与局限性分析

【摘要】：在当代社会,肥胖症及其相关的T2DM和MS已成为严重的社会和医学问题。除了口服药物及注射胰岛素等传统治疗方法外,近年来代谢手术治疗糖尿病的疗效也逐渐得到了认可。但是,代谢手术本身存在术后风险和并发症等多种局限性,同时由于我国T2DM患者存在BMI偏低等特殊性,使得目前国内尚缺少充足的手术数据和循证证据。本文就代谢手术治疗糖尿病的现状与局限性做一评述。
[Abstract]:Obesity and its associated T2DM and MS have become a serious social and medical problem in modern society. In addition to traditional treatments such as oral drugs and insulin injections, In recent years, the efficacy of metabolic surgery in the treatment of diabetes mellitus has been gradually recognized. However, metabolic surgery itself has many limitations, such as postoperative risk and complications. At the same time, due to the particularity of low BMI in T2DM patients in China, This article reviews the present situation and limitation of metabolic surgery in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
