纳米材料在关节置换内植物应用中的研究与特点(英文)

【摘要】:背景:关节置换后易出现植入物松动、脱位及感染。利用纳米技术制造的人工植入物为内置物的制备提供了一个新方向。目的:详细阐述纳米技术在改良关节置换植入物方面的相关研究进展。方法:应用计算机由第一作者在Pub Med数据库,以"joint replacement,artificial implant,nanotechnology,nano-materials,nanoscales,biocompatibility"为英文检索词,查找关于纳米技术及关节置换内植物实验研究相关文献,对资料进行筛选,排除重复研究及关联性较小的文献,保留与文章关联紧密的文献51篇。结果与结论:共纳入51篇英文文献,经综合分析整理,通过此综述详细介绍纳米材料相关的生物反应和与材料相关的一些组织相容性问题,以及已经用于改善纳米结构材料组织相容性的方法。
[Abstract]:Background: implant loosening is easy to occur after joint replacement. Dislocation and infection. Artificial implants manufactured by nanotechnology provide a new direction for the preparation of embedded implants. Objective: to review the research progress of nanotechnology in modified joint replacement implants. Application computer by the lead author in the Pub Med database, Taking "joint replacement / artificial implantant" as the key word in English, to find the relevant literature on nanotechnology and experimental research on arthroplasty plants, to screen the data, and to exclude the repeated research and the less relevant literature, so as to find the relevant literature on the experimental study of nanotechnology and intra-articular replacement plants, so as to eliminate the repeated research and the literature with less relevance. Results and conclusion: a total of 51 articles in English were included. Through comprehensive analysis and arrangement, the biological reactions related to nanomaterials and some histocompatibility problems related to materials were introduced in detail. And methods that have been used to improve the tissue compatibility of nanostructured materials.
