高压氧联合仙桃草饲喂治疗兔骨缺损效果观察

【摘要】:目的观察用高压氧联合仙桃草饲喂治疗兔骨缺损的效果。方法选用新西兰大白兔80只制作兔骨缺损模型,随机分为A、B、C、D组,A组给予高压氧联合仙桃草饲喂治疗、B组给予高压氧治疗、C组给予仙桃草饲喂治疗,D组为正常对照不用药。分别于治疗后第2、4、8、12周分批处死各组兔,在电镜、光镜下计数新生骨痂成骨细胞数及新生骨小梁面积比,电镜下观察成骨细胞和骨股原纤维形态。结果光镜下治疗后2、4、8、12周A组兔骨痂新生骨小梁镜下面积比和成骨细胞计数高于B、C、D组(P均0.05),B、C组兔骨痂新生骨小梁镜下面积比和成骨细胞计数高于D组(P均0.05)。电镜下观察,与B、C、D组比较,A组成骨细胞细胞器最发达,骨胶原纤维排列整齐,分布均匀。结论高压氧联合仙桃草饲喂治疗兔骨缺损,可明显增强成骨细胞增殖分化及成骨能力,加快骨小梁生成,促进骨缺损的愈合,效果强于单用高压氧或者仙桃草者。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with Xiantao grass on the treatment of rabbit bone defect. The rabbits in group A were randomly divided into two groups: group A: hyperbaric oxygenation combined with Peach grass feeding. Group B was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy and group C was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Group D was treated with hyperbaric oxygen as control group, and rabbits in group D were killed in batches at the 12th week after treatment, and the rabbits were killed under electron microscope. The number of osteoblasts and the ratio of trabecular area to trabeculae were counted under light microscope. Results the area ratio and osteoblast count of callus of group A were higher than those of group B (0. 05) and group B (0. 05). Results the area ratio and osteoblast count of callus of group A were higher than those of group B (0. 05%) at 12 weeks after light microscope. Ratio of osteoblasts and osteoblast count in group D were higher than those in group D (P 0.05). The osteoblasts in group A had the most developed organelles, the collagenous fibers were arranged neatly and evenly distributed. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Prunus chinensis can obviously enhance the proliferation, differentiation and osteogenesis of osteoblasts in rabbits with bone defect. To accelerate trabeculae formation and promote bone defect healing, the effect is better than that of hyperbaric oxygen alone or peaches.
