手指NORA病三例诊疗分析

【摘要】：目的分析Nora病的临床病理特点及诊疗方法。方法回顾分析2009年5月—2015年1月收治的3例Nora病患者临床资料,其中男2例,女1例;年龄49~56岁。X线片及CT示指骨周围钙质密度影,MRI呈中等T1信号、T2高信号。完整切除肿块及包膜,见骨性组织块及颗粒物。病理检查见异型软骨细胞、高分化梭形细胞、骨软骨界面蓝色着色和散在的双核或离奇放大的软骨细胞。结果术后分别随访1.2、2.5、3.2年。复查X线片示骨皮质光滑,无复发。结论对Nora病需加强认识,其病理特征独特,术后应密切随访是否复发。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment of Nora's disease. Methods the clinical data of 3 patients with Nora's disease from May 2009 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including 2 males and 1 female. Age 49 ~ 56 years old. X-ray film and CT showed that the periphalangeal calcareous density MRI showed medium T1 signal intensity and T2 hyperintense signal. The mass and capsule were removed completely, and bone tissue mass and particulate matter were found. Pathological examination showed abnormal chondrocytes and highly differentiated fusiform cells. Results the results showed that the bone cortex was smooth and there was no recurrence in X-ray films. Conclusion the understanding of Nora's disease should be strengthened and its pathological features are unique. Any recurrence should be followed up closely after operation.
