月经性气胸1例及文献复习

【摘要】：正月经性气胸(catamenial pneumothorax,CPTX)是自发性气胸的特殊类型,临床少见,常反复发作在月经周期。30岁以上女性多发。现将本科收住的1例CPTX患者的诊治情况报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,33岁,间断性胸痛、胸闷、气短1年入院。1年前患者开始无明显诱因出现右侧胸痛、胸闷、气短,当时行胸部CT诊断:右侧气胸。予胸腔穿刺和胸腔闭式引流后气胸治愈。此后每月月经后即发作右侧气胸,均经上述方式治疗痊
[Abstract]:Chronic pneumothorax (CPTX) is a special type of spontaneous pneumothorax, which is rare in clinical practice and is frequently repeated in women over the age of 30 years. The diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of CPTX in our undergraduate course are reported as follows: 1 female 33 years old. Intermittent chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, 1 year admission. 1 year ago patients began to have right chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath without obvious inducement. Chest CT diagnosis at that time: right pneumothorax. Pneumothorax cured by thoracic puncture and closed thoracic drainage. After each month of menstruation, right pneumothorax occurred.
