【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,男,21岁,因"右颈部缓慢生长无痛性包块3年,进行性头昏5个月"于2014年3月入院。入院体检发现右侧颈部中上份搏动性包块,大小约4cm×4cm,包块可以左右推移不能上下方向推移,CT增强扫描显示包块明显强化,包裹颈动脉分叉,与动脉无明显解剖间隙(图1a)。术前诊断为颈动脉体瘤,Shamblin Ⅲ型。术前常规作Matas试验,训练颈动脉,数字减影血管造影球囊阻塞
[Abstract]:A case report, male 21 years old, was admitted on March 2014 due to "3 years of slow growth painless right neck mass, progressive dizziness for 5 months". The size of the mass was about 4 cm 脳 4 cm, and the mass could not be shifted from left to right. Ct enhanced CT scan showed that the mass was obviously enhanced, and the carotid artery bifurcation was encapsulated. There was no obvious anatomic space with the artery (fig. 1 a).
