跟腓韧带损伤:MRI斜冠状位扫描的优势

【摘要】:目的:旨在探讨MRI斜冠状位扫描诊断跟腓韧带(Calcaneofibular ligament,CFL)损伤的价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析95例疑似CFL损伤患者的MRI资料,计算斜冠状位扫描与其他方位扫描诊断CFL损伤的敏感度、特异度及准确度;通过P值及Kappa值分析斜冠状位扫描与其他方位扫描的差异及与手术结果的一致性。结果:斜冠状位扫描与其他方位扫描具有统计学差异,联合传统MRI扫描诊断CFL损伤的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为93.1%、97.3%和94.7%,且与手术结果具有高度一致性。结论:MRI斜冠状位扫描极大的提高了诊断CFL损伤的敏感度、特异度及准确度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the value of MRI oblique coronal scanning in the diagnosis of calcaneofibular ligamentous ligament injury. Materials and methods: the MRI data of 95 patients with suspected CFL injury were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of oblique coronal scan and other azimuth scanning in the diagnosis of CFL damage were calculated. P value and Kappa value were used to analyze the difference between oblique coronal scan and other azimuth scanning and the consistency with the surgical results. Results: there was statistical difference between oblique coronal scan and other azimuth scan. The specificity and accuracy were 93.3% and 94.7%, respectively, which were in high agreement with the operative results. Conclusion the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CFL damage can be greatly improved by the oblique coronal scan.
