内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗肛瘘临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选取49例肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(24例)采用内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗,对照组(25例)采用传统切开/除术或切开挂线术治疗。结果:观察组与对照组在治愈率、复发率、总疗效上无显著性差异。但观察组患者术后疼痛程度、肛门形态及功能、愈合时间、创面分泌物情况等均优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:采用内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗肛瘘疗效确切,可减轻痛苦、保护肛门功能及缩短疗程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of internal ostium closure combined with latent planning for anal fistula. Methods: 49 cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in observation group) were treated by internal ostium closure combined with latent planning of fistula, 49 cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 24). Results: there was no significant difference in cure rate, recurrence rate and total curative effect between the observation group and the control group. The healing time and wound secretion were better than that of the control group (P 0.05 and P 0.01). Conclusion: it is effective to treat anal fistula by internal incision and closure combined with latent planning of fistula, which can alleviate pain, protect anal function and shorten the course of treatment.
