TGF-β1与EGF在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:通过免疫组织化学法(SP法)和酶联免疫吸附测定分析(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)来检测转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor beta1,TGF-β1)和表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达,并进行统计学分析,探讨TGF-β1和EGF在成人增生性瘢痕发生中可能的作用,为临床防治提供一定的依据。方法:通过收集2014年4月至2014年8月期间临床成人增生性瘢痕标本共48例(排除使用过激素、放疗、化疗、感染等情况),并收集同期手术弃掉的成人正常皮肤组织标本21例。用SP法定性和ELISA法定量检测TGF-β1和EGF在成人增生性瘢痕和成人正常皮肤中的表达情况,用统计学软件SPSS 13.0分析。结果: 1.TGF-β1在成人正常皮肤中表达阳性率为19.04%(4/21),在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达阳性率为54.17%(26/48);TGF-β1在成人正常皮肤中和成人增生性瘢痕中的表达水平比较具有统计学差异(P0.05);2.EGF在成人正常皮肤中表达阳性率为23.81%(5/21),在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达阳性率为60.42%(29/48);EGF在成人正常皮肤中和成人增生性瘢痕中的表达水平比较具有统计学差异(P0.05);3.TGF-β1和EGF在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达水平具有正相关性(SP时R=0.362,P=0.012;ELISA时R=0.330,P=0.017)。结论: 1.TGF-β1在成人增生性瘢痕中表达阳性率高。2.EGF在成人增生性瘢痕中表达阳性率高。3.TGF-β1和EGF在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达水平呈正相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of transforming growth factor- 尾 _ 1transforming growth factor beta _ 1 (TGF- 尾 _ 1) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in adult hypertrophic scar by immunohistochemical method (SP) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assaysa (Elisa), and to analyze the expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1 and epidermal growth factor-EGFin in adult hypertrophic scar by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and to analyze the expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1 in adult hypertrophic scar. To explore the possible role of TGF- 尾 1 and EGF in the development of adult hypertrophic scar, and to provide some basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods: from April 2014 to August 2014, 48 clinical adult hypertrophic scar specimens were collected (excluding the use of hypertrophic hormone). The expression of TGF- 尾 1 and EGF in adult hypertrophic scar and adult normal skin was detected by SP assay and ELISA assay. Results: 1. The positive rate of TGF- 尾 1 expression in adult normal skin was 19.044 / 21, and in adult hypertrophic scar was 54.17% / 48% TGF- 尾 1 in adult normal skin and adult hypertrophic scar. 2. The positive rate of TGF- 尾 1 expression in adult normal skin and adult hypertrophic scar was higher than that in adult hypertrophic scar. 2. The positive rate of EGF expression in adult normal skin was 23.81%, and in adult hypertrophic scar was 60.42%. The positive rate of EGF in adult normal skin and adult hypertrophic scar was significantly higher than that in adult hypertrophic scar. 2. There is a positive correlation between the expression of TGF- 尾 1 and EGF in adult hypertrophic scar. Conclusion: 1.The positive rate of TGF- 尾 1 expression in adult hypertrophic scar is high. 2.EGF positive rate in adult hypertrophic scar. 3. TGF- 尾 1 and EGF in adult hypertrophic scar. 3.
