高血压性脑出血的相关危险因素临床病例分析

【摘要】：目的研究分析高血压性脑出血的相关危险性因素与临床治疗。方法选2012年3月至2016年3月收治的高血压性脑出血患者74例(观察组)与同期未出血的高血压患者148例(对照组)作为研究对象。回顾性分析单因素与多因素引发脑出血的危险因素,并探讨临床治疗。结果在单因素分析中,发现患者年龄、体质量指数、吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病、高血压分级、胆固醇、三酰甘油以及服用降压药物规律性与高血压性脑出血具有一定关系;而多因素分析中,患者吸烟、糖尿病、高血压分级、三酰甘油、胆固醇、是否规律服用降压药与高血压性脑出血独立相关;采取单用药物控制患者血压的患者出血量要高于联合用药的患者,数据符合统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血的患者与吸烟、饮酒等不良生活习惯有关,且患者血压控制效果不理想,存在严重高血脂也会增加出血率,患者联合用药可降低出血率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and analyze the risk factors and clinical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 74 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated from March 2012 to March 2016. 148 cases (control group) were studied. The risk factors of intracerebral hemorrhage caused by univariate and multivariate analysis were retrospectively analyzed. Results in univariate analysis, age, body mass index (BMI), smoking, alcohol consumption, diabetes mellitus, hypertension grade, cholesterol were found. The regularity of triacylglycerol and antihypertensive drugs was associated with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and in multivariate analysis, smoking, diabetes, hypertension grading, triglyceride, cholesterol, Whether regular use of antihypertensive drugs is independent of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the blood loss of patients who take single drug to control their blood pressure is higher than that of patients with combined use of drugs, the data accord with statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and smoking, The bad living habits such as drinking were related, and the blood pressure control effect was not satisfactory. Serious hyperlipidemia would also increase the bleeding rate, and the bleeding rate could be reduced by combined use of drugs.
